Our industry-leading Blade & Composites facility repairs and services main and tail rotor blades as well as carrying out composite repairs and modifications for a broad range of helicopter types.
Through our partnership with Canadian based Advanced Composite Structures (ACS), we are able to offer extended repair schemes that can enhance and improve the longevity of Rotor Blades and Composite Structures.
Blades & Composites Services
Full composite blade repair capabilities from inspection, PU & Wedge replacement, abrasion strip replacement, injection and laminate repairs. We are also able to provide specialised expanded repairs which means there is almost no issue we cant fix. On completion your blade is painted and balanced as a set or individually to ensure minimal flight tracking on installation.
AS350/355 & EC120/EC130 MAIN AND TAIL ROTOR BLADES
We have full metal blade repair capability - from abrasion strip replacement, coin patch repairs inboard of abrasion strip, dent repairs to refinish and balancing as a set or individually.
MD500, MD520 & MD600 MAIN ROTOR BLADES
We have full metal blade capability - from abrasion strip replacement, coin patch repairs inboard of abrasion strip, dent repairs to refinish and balancing as a set or individually for main blades. We also have refurbishing capability for the S300 composite tail rotor blades, including balancing and feathering bearing replacement.
SCHWEIZER 300 MAIN AND TAIL ROTOR BLADES
We have full main rotor blade refurbishment capability including thimble inspection, leading edge abrasion strip replacement, injection and laminate repairs. On completion we can carry out a full refinish and balance for as-new quality. We can also carry out PU replacement, refinish and balance carried out on tail rotor blades.
BK117 MAIN AND TAIL ROTOR BLADES
Working with the OEM, we can repair Cabri main blades and carry out refinishing. Repairs offered include core patch insertions and laminate repairs on these carbon fibre blades.
GUIMBAL CABRI G2 MAIN ROTOR BLADES
We can carry out a range of composite services from expanded repairs to OEM repairs, and have completed several EC130 Cabin roof antenna replacements along with AS350 chin cowling repairs and many other composite structures.

Capabilities
We repair the main rotor and tail rotor blades for Schweizer 300 B, C, CBI, MD500 C, D, E, F, AS350/AS355, BO105 and BK117 aircraft. Additionally we repair only the main rotor blades for EC120 and MD520/600 aircraft. We also provide solutions for composite panels and cowlings.
